What's Included?
First, you will be shown to the grotto, where you will meet Santa one-on-one. You will then have your picture taken with Santa and choose a gift. We will then take you into the workshop, where you can make your very own Christmas card with lots of different decorations, glitter, stickers, and colours to choose from, decorate your own tasty gingerbread men and make your own magical reindeer food in preparation for Christmas eve.
Instructions:
Please, turn up for your allocated on time, we advise 5-10 minutes before your allocated time.
If you miss your allocated time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide a new time as our grotto does get booked up very quickly. We cannot issue a refund if you miss your time slot.
Your own photography and filming is not permitted in Santa's grotto or Santa's Workshop area.
Terms & Conditions:
Tickets are only refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event. If we need to cancel the event, you will be advised by the earliest opportunity and all tickets will be refunded. Once you have purchased your time slot, you will be given an invitation via email, please print this off or have it available on your phone ready to confirm the booking on the day.
